I was extremely happy with my experience at Nephew. They helped me recover after a shoulder reconstruction. It was my first major surgery and first time going to a physical therapist. I’ll admit I was somewhat skeptical about how necessary it was and wasn’t sure I wanted to spend the money. However, after going through the whole process I don’t know how I could have done without it. It was worth every penny and I’m so glad a friend recommended I go to Nephew specifically. The staff made all the difference. I worked primarily with Christine, Naomi and Jenna. They were extremely knowledgeable and I always enjoyed working with them. They always worked with me if I felt I needed something more or different, or if I felt like I overdid it. The whole experience was great, from the staff to the billing to the ownership to the communication with my doctors office, I was happy with it all.

I've tried physical therapy before and haven't felt much in the way of change or real connection with whoever I worked with as far as therapists. But at Nephew, I felt that problems were taken seriously and the coaching was personal and focused. I would be happy to return for future problems and appreciated the very kind environment there. :)It was nice feeling that everyone there genuinely cared to help.

Pretty sure these physical therapists are the best you can get! Christine, and all the girls are certainly experts in their field. I would not hesitate to return for any reason. My knee replacements went well with the help of all these ladies, and a shout out to Christine who put up with me the most. Melissa has put together a team that is incredibly knowledgeable and amazingly dedicated to help you. Not sure my movement would have bounced back so quickly without these wonders of West Michigan!
